The private pool is less a pool and more a hot tub, lacking true privacy as it's situated near pathways used by other guests. Maintenance issues are evident. broken door locks and minor repairs needed around the pool area take away from the overall luxury experience. Breakfast lacks variety and service, with diners waiting too long in the cold without blankets, all making the breakfast situation feel less than ideal.

Limited privacy due to shared balcony access was also a concern. Breakfast hours started late at 9:30 AM, which didn’t fit my schedule for early outings. The pool area had a strange odor that kept me from using it, despite its clean appearance. Overall, the hotel needed to focus on maintenance for a truly luxurious experience.
